We are an independent chocolate manufacturer that specialises in micro-batches of stone ground chocolate using organic, single origin, cocoa beans. We believe in only using simple, recognisable ingredients in our chocolate, with our hands touching every part of the process; from roasting cocoa beans to stitching every bar into its paper envelope. The best bit of every breakles is the sweet, milky goodness that is left over after a hunking bowl of 5 times the recommended serving size of delicious cereal (Not one person eats 30g of cereal). So, what we’ve done is distill and solidify that slurpy goodness into this chocolate bar. White chocolate BUT, ground together with toasted cornos so you get that sweet, malty, milky taste that’s been a staple of every kids Saturday since ages ago.
