Delivery & Collections

Delivery
Our minimum order value for delivery is £40, and local delivery costs vary depending on your distance from our stores. 
  • Up to 3km - £7
  • Up to 5km - £10
  • Up to 8km - £15
Same day delivery may be available by calling either store, and includes an additional charge of £3. This is only available at our discretion.
Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday, and we are unable to guarantee a delivery time. For next day deliveries, orders must be placed by 5pm the previous day.
If the recipient isn't at home to accept delivery, our driver will:
  • look for a safe, covered space to leave order
  • if not possible, attempt to leave with a neighbour
  • we may sometimes call sender or recipient’s number in event of any problems.
A note card will be put through the door to explain where delivery has been left or, as a last resort, been brought back to shop. Collection can be arranged or redelivery, if preferred, once an additional delivery fee has been paid.
Collection
Collection available Tuesday to Sunday only in West End (11-5pm).
Collection available Wednesday to Sunday only in Shawlands (11-5pm).
Same day collections are only available by calling either shop. These are usually ready within 2 hours.
