Care instructions- remove packaging, cut 2 cms from each stem at an angle. Place in a vase of fresh water and keep away from direct sunlight, heat and draughts. Repeat every 2/3 days to gain maximum enjoyment from your flowers.
Ordering flowers:
At the checkout you will be given the option to collect or a delivery from either our West end or Southside store. Please select from which store and then your collection or delivery option.
Please remember to add a message or any notes regarding delivery in the section provided.
Please ensure that a full delivery address is provided as we cannot be held responsible for wrongly delivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Deliveries are usually available from Monday to Sunday. Please provide a preferred delivery date (we cannot guarantee a specific time slot).
Same day delivery is something we can offer but please call or email ahead to check our availability first.
If the recipient is not in at the time of delivery we will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this isn’t possible we will return the flowers to our shop for the recipient to collect.
To ensure our flowers are of the best quality + highest standard we have fresh deliveries arriving every couple of days. This does mean that we don’t always have every flower in every colour therefore the photographs on our site are representational.
