We are an independent chocolate manufacturer that specialises in micro-batches of stone ground chocolate using organic, single origin, cocoa beans. We believe in only using simple, recognisable ingredients in our chocolate, with our hands touching every part of the process; from roasting cocoa beans to stitching every bar into its paper envelope.
